Five coaches. 62 years on the floor.

The Coaches

Certified, experienced and on the floor every session. Nobody hides behind a clipboard.

Dani Reyes, Head of Strength, coaching at Forge Fitness14yrs

Head of Strength

Dani Reyes

Dani ran a college strength program for six years before opening Forge with Marta. Programs are simple, heavy and written in pen: linear progressions for beginners, weekly undulating waves for everyone else.

“If the bar is not moving, we change the plan, not the bar.”
Focus
Squat, bench, deadlift

CSCS · USAPL Coach L2
Marta Oyelaran, Conditioning Lead, coaching at Forge Fitness11yrs

Conditioning Lead

Marta Oyelaran

Former 800 m runner. Marta builds the Furnace and Redline sessions: short, sharp and scaled so a first-timer and a regional athlete share the same floor and finish together.

“Hard is a setting. You pick the number, we bring the clock.”
Focus
Engine, sleds, intervals

CF-L3 · NSCA-CPT
Luca Bianchi, Boxing Coach, coaching at Forge Fitness16yrs

Boxing Coach

Luca Bianchi

Luca fought 12 amateur bouts and has coached the Saturday Ring Club since 2016. No sparring unless you ask for it. Just pads, bag rounds and footwork drills that tire you out in the good way.

“Hands up. Chin down. Breathe out on every punch.”
Focus
Technique, pads, footwork
Credentials
USA Boxing L2 · 12 amateur bouts
Sam Kowalski, Kettlebell Instructor, coaching at Forge Fitness09yrs

Kettlebell Instructor

Sam Kowalski

Sam teaches the hardest thing in the building: a clean swing. Expect hinge drills, hip-snap cues and a lot of patient repetition before you touch anything above 16 kg.

“The swing is a hip hinge with a weight attached. Start there.”
Focus
Swings, Turkish get-ups, carries
Credentials
StrongFirst SFG II · FMS Level 2
Priya Nair, Mobility & Recovery, coaching at Forge Fitness12yrs

Mobility & Recovery

Priya Nair

Priya's classes are where the rest of the week gets fixed. Hips, thoracic spine and shoulders, taught to people who lift for a living and sit for the rest of it.

“You can only train as hard as you can recover.”
Focus
Joint prep, flexibility, breath
